- In the front side of the 4 storey building stay two verandahs and stair room.
- The first unit of the floor plan has two master bedrooms with balcony.
- And one master bedroom has an attached bathroom.
- This unit has no drawing-room but has one big dining space.
- Otherwise, the second unit has one big drawing and one big dining space.
- Every unit has one attached bathroom and one common bathroom.
